Remedial Building Solutions were engaged to completely refurbish and extend the 100 year plus workers cottage and work closely with the nominated Architect and engineer. The property had not been renovated since its original build and the heritage aspects made the project intricate in nature.
The works consisted of structural rehabilitation, refurbishment of the internal and external elements and extensions and addition.
The prize room for the RBS team was converting the attic space into an open plan bedroom retreat with a full open plan bathroom and walk in robe.
