Remedial Building Solutions were engaged by FKP Developments to assist in resolving numerous water related matters and general building defects to the recently constructed commercial property.
A thorough inspection and defect mapping system was implemented and investigative work was undertaken where required and suitable resolutions applied in accordance with requirements by the client.
Approximately 60 general small and medium defects were addressed and resolved accordingly leaving the client and developers satisfied with the end result applied by our team.
