Scope:
Remedial Building Solutions were commissioned to completely overhaul and upgrade the external structure of the dilapidated commercial residence
The works consisted of:
- Access set up
- Tiger tailing
- Installation of Anchor points for the purpose of Abseiling
- Repair concrete spalling and render defects
- Roofing and capping works
- Drainage upgrade
- Window replacement
- Brickwork make good and repair
- Waterproofing
- External architectural coatings
