RBS were commissioned to perform a hammer test to the façade and ascertain locations that requires repair including but not limited to render, concrete spalling and water ingress concerns.
A defect mapping schedule was prepared and submitted to the client and a cost for repair was submitted.
The works consisted of:
- Render rectification
- Concrete Spalling
- Façade coating
- Brickwork rectification
